Et Tu, Vader?

| Pittsburgh, PA, USA | Parents & Guardians, Sons & Daughters, Theme Of The Month

(My family and I are Roman Catholic. We are also huge geeks. It is May 4th, and I text my mother.)

Me: “May the Fourth be with you!”

(An hour later, I receive a return text.)

Mom: “Et cum spiritu tuo.”

(This is grammatically correct Latin for “And also with you”. I have never tried to out-geek my mother again.)
