Hats Off To Bad Humor
(My brother and I are driving home. He stops and gets out for a few minutes to check something, before getting back in the driver’s seat. He has his hat on.)
Brother: “I hope I didn’t lose my hat.”
Me: “What?”
Brother: “I hope I didn’t lose it out there.”
Me: “You mean the hat you’re wearing right now?”
*pause*
Brother: “Shut up.”
(He keeps driving for a while, before taking his hat off and throwing it to the floor.)
Me: *pointing* “There it is!”
